🚗 M11 J8/A120 – WHERE IS THE MODELLING?
National Highways has confirmed that the Developer’s latest Essex Microsimulation model for M11 Junction 8 and the A120 has been submitted and reviewed.
However, the modelling itself is not available on the planning portal.
TSAG has written to Uttlesford District Council requesting the model together with its results, outputs and technical reports, and asking that the information is made publicly available.
If this modelling is being used to assess whether the strategic road network can accommodate the development, residents should be able to see it too.
The questions keep mounting.
Drainage. Sewage. Ancient Woodland. M11 Junction 8.
For a development of this scale, these issues need proper answers before a decision is made – not afterwards.

Even if you have objected previously, please consider commenting again on these latest concerns. Every additional representation helps demonstrate that residents are continuing to scrutinise this application and expect these important questions to be properly answered before any decision is made.
