Reg 25 Objections Submitted

Takeley Street Action Group has now submitted a series of detailed objections in response to the developer’s Regulation 25 submissions.

The documents below examine a number of key issues raised by the proposal, including residential amenity, landscape and visual impact, noise and vibration, ecology, flood risk and drainage, environmental harm, and the claimed economic benefits of the development.

Whilst the developer has submitted over 30 new or revised documents, we remain concerned that many of the fundamental issues identified by residents, consultees and technical experts have not been adequately addressed. In a number of cases, important questions remain unanswered or are simply deferred to future stages of the planning process.

Our objections have been prepared using information contained within the planning application, the Regulation 25 submissions, responses from statutory consultees and independent technical reviews commissioned by TSAG.

The documents can be downloaded below.

Supporting the Campaign

TSAG is entirely funded by local residents and supporters. Over the past year, donations have helped towards funding for independent planning, transport, environmental and legal advice, together with campaign materials and website costs.

If you have found our work helpful and would like to help keep the campaign going as we move into the next stage of the planning process, please consider making a contribution to our crowdfunding page.

Every donation, no matter how small, helps us continue holding the developer and decision-makers to account.
